From first request to close

See the AI run the deal.

Follow one deal from the first request to a closed data room. Every ask is tracked and routed to the right person, the AI reads each document as it arrives, and your team approves each answer before any participant sees it.

§02 · The workflow

Step by step

The workflow, broken down

Four stages take a deal from kickoff to a fully vetted data room.

Your team approves every answer. The AI reads every document.

  1. 01 Request list

    You create the request list

The deal lead configures workstreams (Financial, Legal, Commercial), invites participants, and issues structured, trackable requests to your team. Every ask is a discrete, ownable item, not a folder to hunt through.

    • Reusable request templates by deal type.
    • Role-based visibility from day one.

Each contributor sees only their own tasks.
    02 Response

    Your team responds

Requests route internally to the right person: the CFO sees Finance, Legal sees Legal. Each contributor sees only their tasks, uploads documents, and marks items complete. No one wades through the whole deal room.

    • Respond by email, Slack, or Teams. No login required.
    • Full comment thread on every request.
  3. 03 Approval

    You vet and approve

Nothing reaches participants until the deal lead approves it. Review each response, then approve to publish or return it with feedback. Cross-document reconciliation flags any figures that do not agree, so you catch them here, before anything is published.

    • Dynamic watermark applied on publish.
    • Every approval logged to the audit trail.

How concentrated is the customer base?

    Shared with everyone who asked

The AI suggests; a person always confirms.
    04 Data room

Approved parties access the data room

Participants pose their questions in the data room. AI request matching proposes a published answer for a person to confirm, and one confirmation shares it with everyone who asked. Anything new routes back to your team as a fresh request, and the deal keeps moving toward close.

    • AI suggests, a person always confirms.

§03 · Questions

FAQ

Questions deal teams ask

How long does it take to set up a deal?

Minutes. Start from a request-list template for your deal type, invite your team, and you are live. Most teams run their first deal the same day they onboard.

Do participants need to create accounts?

Not for basic responses. Contributors can reply to requests directly from email, Slack, or Teams. Full account access unlocks the web app when they want the complete view.

How does AI matching work, and is it fully automated?

AI proposes a match between a participant's question and an existing published answer, with a confidence score. A person always confirms before anything is broadcast; nothing goes out automatically. Your deal data never trains AI models.

Can we control who sees what?

Yes. Access is role-based and automatic. Each participant sees only their workstream and tasks. Participants see only published answers; internal routing stays invisible to external parties.

What happens to documents when a deal closes?

Access is revoked immediately on close, while the complete audit trail and record set are retained for compliance. You control retention and export.

How do you keep our data secure?

FIPS 140-3 validated cryptography, per-deal encryption keys, dynamic watermarks on every document, and a complete audit trail. See the Security page for the full breakdown.
